# Improving medication management with ATLAS eMAR

 

Medication management is one of the most fundamental aspects of providing person centred care to residents, and this can be achieved by ensuring that residents receive the right medication at the right dose at the right time.  

This, along with ensuring that stock levels are always correct, that there is a clear means of two-way communication between care homes and pharmacies and that data can be stored and used as evidence for regulatory reports as well as to provide insights and trends on accuracy and administration, are all essential steps to achieving outstanding medication management outcomes.
